Kiss - Destroyer Signed LP, Real Autographs, Opinions ?

Hi there, what do you guys think of this Kiss Destroyer signed album, authentic graphs or fake ? They look very good to me, just wanted others opinions on them, would be appreciated !

Not sure exactly, as the seller told me he has so many items from Kiss signed, he says he forgets where this one exactly comes from ? He told me, he thinks it was signed in the late 90s or on the 2000 Farewell tour, but cant remember for sure ?
