Just a heads up but I purchased some KISS signed pieces of paper from ebay seller: rockergirl1968 -- real name Tracy Militell of Wheaton, IL.  Seller claimed they were all obtained in the 70's from a relative that was close to the band and had all this amazing access.  Items were GUARANTEED to pass PSA or JSA.   Well both Roger E, and PSA said they were fake and seller then REFUSED to give me a refund even after I provided proof they failed.  Luckily, I paid via Paypal and they ruled in my favor and give me a full refund.

Watch out for these fakes -- they may end up back for sale. Photos attached.
