Kobe Bryant Mounted Memories Authentic?

I just bought a signed Kobe photo plaque from EBay and was hoping to get your opinion on the authenticity. The seller said it was purchased from Field of Dreams over 20 years ago and has a Mounted Memories COA card. 

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
