Kurt Cobain drawing authentic?

I have been offered this item. It sold at Juliens for a large amount so I am assuming its real but psa/dna said its not likely genuine. It looks good compared to Kurt's writing in his journal writing but its alot to spend to not have experts COA. What do you think?

The one originally posted on the RACC I believe was a poor copy of this one, I think it is good. Jeremiah Seah may know more about it.

Juliens told me they would send a letter from them about its authenticity but since PSA gave me a not likely geniune at quick opinion, it caused me to pause.

PSA alone wouldn't stop me from purchasing it, but I would want to know where this image has been seen before (other auctions) all of its lineage. I am pretty sure it is the same image Jeremiah posted, so he had seen it before. The other one is an obvious less detailed copy. I don't know how much it is to purchase, but get all the details that you can.

Its been up for auction a few times and is listed under Kurt's drawings on a few sites. Just needed to know its real. I think I'll go for it but I doubt I'll keep it. I'm more into beatles items. Let me know if you know anybody interested in buying or trade. Thanks for all your help!
