Legit or Fake?

Here are a few items I need help with....

My first post is about what we all fear.... Legit vs Fake.
I'm very confident in buying RUSH band items because I know a few people who worked with the band and can get first hand news. But everything outside Rush I am on the fence and need guidance. So here is my first help request to this group.

The owner of these photo sigs buys in lots from signings and sells on ebay. He seems like a nice guy, but in our discussion he told me that he has had Rush items be removed from auction. And this is my first "red flag".

Any input will be much appreciated on these 2 items or any other information as well.

I'm sure I'll be posting more...

That is not David Gilmour's autograph. Why does he say "signed in rare, SILVER Sharpie"? Free shipping is sometimes a tip - and this "COA" - from who? He doesn't say. How many "Gilmour's" does he have anyway? I'd really look elsewhere.

I asked him how many photo sigs he had of the same artist. Its alot let me tell you. And they go way back into his feedbacks.

I thought this stuff was way too cheap. And there are many sellers like this. Damn it must a scam epidemic with the computer age.
