Check out eBay item # 358037897314. Looks to be the same autograph and the asking price is $3000 compared to $1500 for the OP item.

While the writing looks a lot like WFIL Lennon in red pen, it is so dark and consistent I can't help thinking it looks like it is printed on the cover or some kind of autopen. There is a history of different copies of another of his signatures on this record, as was discussed in this forum a few months ago. The cheap starting prices are a red flag too.
