same exact thing happened to me..mine came wet and very damaged..i emailed RT and they reimbursed me 100%..they don't have any extras to send..such BS..i love how they assume every single item they send will be delivered not damaged and they don't set aside items no matter what in case of damage to resend.. it's not like they won't sell regardless..smdh
