Little Richard from 1995 Private Signing?

I know Little Richard is a very hard autograph(Ive tried & failed!).  Avaliable is this 8x10 from a private signing of 1000 pieces held in 1995 by Michael Wehrmann of Collectables of The Stars.  Anyone have experience with this signing or Mr Wehrmann?  Does this look authentic?  Comes with a COA but I never pay much attention to those.  Thanks

From what I have read on here and experienced - Mr. Wehrmann has a very good reputation.
