Says right in the description it is a signed photo. They may have just given you a generic answer.

Well that's their out then if people don't get a signed vinyl. Hope whoever ordered one does get what was listed originally. But we have all seen the bait and switch a lot on here. Maybe the photos are for a restock at some point?
