Lucy hale autograph real or fake

This person is selling a lucy hake autograph online for 25 pounds they don't have proof of authentication or anything but they said they bought it from another seller who won it in a hollister giveaway but it could be a reprint. So not sure. Their also a marking at top.

Looks okay to me. The price is a bit high as authenticated versions come up fairly often for about the same price as you were quoted.
