I reached out and got an automated response that they were going to look into it and get back to me. I’ll update on the thread once I hear back with a definitive answer.

They replied back, and said that they are still "Investigating it with their team", not sure on how easy returns are with them, but might be a situation where if you're iffy, just cancel.

No definite answer yet after multiple emails back and forth. Guess they are just hoping people won’t return them if they aren’t signed. Terrible customer service.

I ordered it on around APR-4-2025, BUT 1-2 HOURS LATER TOLD THEM TO CANCELL IF NOT SIGNED BY LUKE BRYAN.  To my surprise they sent email my order refunded.  So dont give up hope to those requesting refund.

Nope, I've emailed them for the past two weeks, and they are saying "They are checking with their team, but currently don't have any updates." 

So, gonna have to risk it and go through a return if not, really shady on their end.

Just got my shipping confirmation, I guess we'll see in a couple days how many returns they are gonna have.

Such garbage, went back and forth with them for almost 3 weeks, and they didn't give me an answer. Now we've all gotta go through returns with them, and wait at least a week to get a refund. Woof.
