It looks like this is on a business card perhaps? Normally I think things like this are either facsimile or autopen signed.

This is a fairly common LBJ preprint card that was typically used for mail autograph requests. The signature looks real of course, and the dot below is typically a good sign of a genuine autograph, but It is not an actual signature. Sorry.
