The ink looks odd but I can not find a matching Autopen. Perhaps a day pen and the rough texture? Either that or some sort of contrivance. Member Herman Darvick would be the man to ask.

From my research this is a secretarial autograph, judging from the L and the Y is more of a loop and there's no dot under the B. 

That doesn't explain the odd ink application and apparent shakiness.

Either way, I think it's safe to safe it's not genuine.

I forgot to mention that the J is rounded just like in the photo you shared. Too many oddities for me to feel good about it.

Yes, I noticed that too. Are you referring to an auto pen signature? Just to make sure I understand what you mean exactly.
