Madonna Signed RIAA Plaque

Hello, if there are any Madonna experts out there, I need a opinion on this. In full transparency, one TPA has passed, one TPA failed it and one could not render a opinion.

I think it's real. Someone posted it in the last few weeks, and I gave the same opinion.

Sounds like PSA / DNA’s Quick Opinion default response these days. Worthless service anymore.
