Madonna, with UACC COA. Real or fake?

Any help with this photo signed by Madonna would be much appreciated. It comes with a COA from UACC reg dealer Daniel Cohen.

What do you think? Good or bad?

It looks similar to the one I have that was received in person while my friends were recording down at her studio back in the mid 90's.Kinda questioned the red sharpie though since getting her to sign anything outside of her studio or anything besides her cd or book that she was promoting at a cd/book signing was almost impossible and unheard of.When they finally got a chance to meet her and ask her to sign their stuff she wouldn't use the sharpie they handed to her and actually gave it back and left the room and got a fancy black and gold pen out of her brass table by the front door and sat down and signed at her coffee table while asking who to personalize them to.I would contact the seller and ask specifics of where and when it was signed and make sure it is not a photocopy that was sent out by Sire when answering through the mail.Here is a good link about her in-store signings.http://www.ebay.com/gds/How-to-find-a-REAL-Madonna-autograph/100000...
