Mantle ball

This ball is coming up at a local auction. I'm skeptical. It comes with a Score Board COA . Any help is appreciated .

I agree with Terrier.  In the photo you posted, there appears to be some rubbing to the ball on the left side of the signature (not affecting the signature).  If for auction, bid accordingly.
