Even with my very limited and very newly-gained knowledge, I'd say it is highly unlikely that this is real. Nearly everything looks a bit "off" to me but I think the underlining and the formation of the "D" are both particularly atypical. The underlining is usually tighter and more free-flowing and the "D" is normally formed in one sweep of the pen. All that said, there are certainly countless people on this site with more knowledge than me and maybe there are some reasons for these atypical traits.
