Hello everybody!

I have a question.

For a few months now I've been seeing dozens and dozens of Maradona signed shirts with a Sports UK Memorabilia certificate. There is no news of this company on the web, but the autographs all look damn authentic to me!

The question is this: is it possible that a company like Sports UK Memorabilia (which is not Icons) could have so many autographed Maradona shirts to sell? We're talking over 100 pieces.

Thank you all!

Have a nice WE

Mark

Hi Mark.

I'm not an autograph expert but I know some signatures quite well. To me this looks real. Let's see what others think.

It's does look good. I've a few Maradona autos from Panini, Icons and that looks pretty good. But he's one of the most forged signatures in all of signatures. My advice, pay up for the provenance

I've only become familiar with Maradona's autograph quite recently. I agree with David and Bob that the autograph looks real enough but I must admit that I always assume signed shirts will be fakes. I know that Maradona did do shirt signings so it is not inconceivable that a seller might be able to offer multiple examples. That said, I would be cautious of anything that has a certificate from an unknown or dubious-sounding source.

I have seen many Maradona signed stuff with reputable COAs such as JSA/PSA for less than USD 1.000 in online websites from United States. In Argentina they are asking outrageous prices and most of his stuff that look real have no COAs.
