Both forgeries IMHO.

The photo 100% sure, the ball I'm about 70/30 Fake/Real... When you look at the actual letter formations of "ariano" and "ivera" they are WAY OFF compared to a no-question authentic piece.

Ball looks good to me but that picture no way.

thanks rock, you sure do like checking my discussion dont you! lmao

I am not going to lie. I have no idea who you are.

just noticed, np np i appreciate your advice and opinion for all the various posts ive made

What i notice is that the M looks great, the ariano is weird, with the dot in the i way off. then i see that the r is weird, looks like a significant slant, like the pen didnt quite get to make the round on the r like he usually does, like it was rushed or maybe done with poor handle on the pen. the ivera is odd as well, maybe the most disturbing part.

Like I said, I've been looking at Rivera's a lot lately and I think there's a good chance this is a rushed signature from the past 1-2 years.

Both are bad forgeries. The "M" on the Ball is the first clue, it is too elongated and the "R" is off. The thing that none of these forgers can get correct is the "M" and the "R", no matter how hard they try they cant get it right.

I want you to take a look at the third photo i attached. the m's tail, as i like to call it, is right about the same place in both my ball and the PSA example. I do really appreciate your opinion, but the post has been somewhat positive towards the ball, not all condemning. The pic i think is way off, but the ball has some potential, and i really insist you take a good long look at it. also note that this is a recent auto, and mo has been more sloppy in recent (last 2 ) years

Sorry, that was in regards to the ball only. I mentioned in my first post that I think the photo is totally off.

i agree mike, the all looks like it may have been rushed but looks "OK" to quote someone ha ha

Ryan the ball in question does not show any characteristics of being "rushed" at all...in fact, it's the complete opposite, so quit using that as an excuse.

Here is a Rivera I got burnt on 3 years ago, your ball could be the "new and improved" version of this:
