Okay I understand that, to each their own sir. As far as I go, like I said if it's authentic then I'm good with it. I do understand that nice frame jobs are somewhat of a cautious thing to lookout for as it's what I've read it's somewhat of a smoke screen. Like Antiquities LV and Antiquities CA just are using a nice frame job to smoke screen the forgeries they have. As far as this place goes Famous Memorabilia, it seems as if their stock is good for the most part but of course I'm only asking just to make sure. Here are a couple more for you to look at.
1) Christian Bale Display
2) Robert De Niro Taxi Driver Display
3)Harrison Ford Indian Jones Display (Looks suspect to me)
I wouldn't touch the DeNiro or Ford with a ten foot pole.
Bale is yet again another sample of them offering something that is not up to par....but It could be authentic.
Same can be said for the other two.
Why is it that they only have stuff that isn't 100% identifiable immediately? Something to consider.
I can't be anymore clear with what I am saying. I would NOT buy any of them.
In-person street graphs of any celeb can be messy sometimes disastrous, the only way you can tell that the signature came from a certain celeb is to either be there and watch it signed, or have 30 years of experience seeing them sign ugly rushed graphs.
Knowing they look right and having a novice know are 2 very different things. Try getting any of these pieces authenticated by a 3rd party.... you won't be happy with the results.
If that Harrison Ford is actually signed by him, it is worth no more than $50. What are they charging?
If a company is only offering sub par, ugly & messy graphs.....there is a reason for it. They are either forging them, or they are buying the worst possible samples that no one else will buy, then they frame them nice and pretty and hope a sucker will buy them.
Then that sucker has a piece of garbage on their wall, that no one will ever appreciate, and no one will ever believe is real.
Continue buying from them and you might as well burn your money.
The Christian Bale and Robert De Niro autographs concern me. The Harrison Ford autograph is atypical.
Last three I will show you from this place.
1) Al Pacino Display
2)James Earl Jones/Dave Prowse Darth Vader Display
3)Daisy Ridley Star Wars Display
Sorry, I have to go find a brick wall to bang my head against.
Dave is a $40 autograph at any convention and James signs free Through The Mail.
They finally have a piece that can pass authentication. Impressive, most impressive.
I apologize sir, for being a bit of an annoyance towards you. It was not my intentions in anyway, I was just trying to get answers. Of course I'm just trying to not get ripped off, but like I said I could care less how shitty the auto looks, as long as it's authentic then I'm okay with it. I do understand what you're saying if they are selling some of the "worst examples" of the graph then you don't know if you have a real or a fake one. Also it's not very believable than a pretty looking graph from that same celebrity.
Do any of these look okay to you though?
1) Harrison Ford Indiana Jones Display
2) Tom Hardy Bane Display
3) Leonardo DiCaprio Wolf of Wall Street Display
Ford and Leo seem ok.
I haven't paid much attention to Hardy graphs since before his Batman film, so I wouldn't comment on that one.
I am not annoyed, just concerned about someone wasting money because I said something could be realm, but in many of thee cases, there is every bit as much evidence that it isn't real.
That's how bad some of these signatures are.
My 12 year old nephew can copy that Ford and that Leo without even looking, what can a skilled forger do?
The Harrison Ford and Tom Hardy autographs are typical. The Leonardo DiCaprio autograph contains some typical characteristics but his abbreviated signature is very difficult to authenticate.
If you want a nice Full authentic Daisy Ridley Please Pm me I have a beautiful one on an 11x14 photo that is full authenticated and witnessed being signed.
