Just in case you are wondering why no-one is responding, it was flagged up a couple of weeks ago.

I am gob-smacked that there are still copies left - apart from Mark Knopfler, perhaps the best and most influential UK guitarist of the last 30/40 years i.m.o. but it's subjective, I guess.

Now that you mention it, I might bag another copy.
