Martin Barre, (Jethro Tull) Autographed 8x10 Photo. Is this Genuine?

Hello and I hope everybody's enjoying their Friday.  I have here a signed 8x10 photo supposedly signed by Jethro Tull guitarist Martin Barre.  The ink is a silver paint pen and appears live.  I'd like opinions on this signature's authenticity if possible, thanks.

It's not like that up close when you can see it.
