Metallica x2 - real or fake?

Any help with these two fully signed Metallica would be much appreciated!

1. A fully signed Metallica CD. I know it's not the best pic...

The seller claims that he send the full album to a venue they played several years ago. And after a couple of months he got back just the CD, but fully signed...

What do you think? Are they real or fake?

Personally I don't like either of these two. Even if teal, the contrast is to poor for me to be happy with them.

Thanks for your help Bjarne! The contrast on the photo isn't a problem for me, but that doesn't matter if it's not genuine... :-)
