MGC - Majesty Grading Company

If a card has a grader's authentication card, as in the one pictured, are the grading company saying that the autograph is legit? 

I thought graders only grade not validate autos. Thanks

They're a UK company and I've never heard of them before. I suggest you ask around about them, ask them for major reputable dealers they work with, etc.
