Michael Jackson 1998 Autograph on Bad Promo

May I have thoughts on this? I know he added 1998 with an arrow and dots for a period of time for whatever reason, but just need a few opinions on it.

It looks good. But I am not a pro..so hopefully some with better knowledge will give their opinion .
