Rare and Signed are on ebays banned COA list for certing tons of forgeries. Stay far away from anything with a rare and signed COA

Thanks for you help the item is being sold on the uk ebay and the seller seems good and the listing seems believable is the autograph not going to be the same when it's done on a soft material as against paper thanks
