Michael Jackson Autograph - Please take a Look

hi there everyone well i am new to collecting and well i learned to do some research before I buy anything. i want to buy a Michael Jackson signed album, i was looking on Ebay and i found something but i want some opinions first before i buy. thanks!!

have any of you heard of rareandsigned.com ? if you have- is it a reliable website?

I've been there before sometime. You can barely check the signatures. Their Elvis stuff looks bad, real bad.
