I don't think its authentic, but lets see what the others think.

I don't think it's authentic either. I think it's pretty bad actually. Sorry, but that's just my opinion.

Hello everyone, I just see the photo of your autograph and I must admit that I don't agree with the analysis that has been done before. I think it is original. The writing is specific to the period "Bad" and the signature too.
Look at the back of the record and tell us if this is a promotional edition and you will be sure of the originality of it;))

how does it being a "promotional edition" relate to the authenticity of the signature?

I'll explain, my father was working for many years in the offices of CBS and had the opportunity to meet MJ many times and he used to sign copies of his records to employees or friends editions of his promo album before its release on the market. Moreover, my father just gave me the serial number of the Bad album, here 7464-40600-01
So the first U.S. version of the album followed by the words
"ship owner only for promotional reserved by CBS is unlawful dirty"
As the photo I posted here a copy promo "Thriller"

hi, thank you for all your replies, well actually there is this inscription on the bar code, it is a golden stamp to be more precise with four "0" encrusted on it. I also expect the opinion of Roger Epperson for confirmation

that's a great signature.  but I still think the one that is the subject of this discussion is off.

Here are additional photos

I dont think its real either. And while  promotional items do get signed, just b/c an item is promotional doesnt mean that they will be autographed.

Good morning, I have just found this photograph on the site, i've make a comparison of writings and it is more than similar

The signatures dont really look alike at all in my opinion.

Thank you for your answer. I saw that at the time "Bad" signature was often different, I found this :
