Michael Jackson drawings (Miscell inc. 'Historic portraits' and 'Disney characters')

I'm noticing a sudden influx of MJ signed Michael Jackson drawings coming on to the auction market, which seem to share the common themes of either 'portraits of historical figures'  or 'Disney characters'.

Both of these themes are of course recognised from Michaels' drawings both at a young age and later in life, but it is interesting that so many new drawings are being released on to the market at the same time.

    The next fake on GWS (Lot 0015C Mickey Mouse with one hand out and other on hip), listed at $240 and estimated up to $3,500 was last seen on p74 of this thread. The image was posted by S Parr together with a 'Mem. Vault' image of an Epperson CoA, in October 2015.

Interestingly, S Parr also posted the pink Mickey Mouse drawing image and the Hollywood Mickey Mouse star image on the same page and date - all currently up for sale at GWS.

    The next fake MJ drawing on GWS Auctions (Lot 0015F) is the Mickey Mouse Hollywood Star, last seen on p74 of this thread in October 2015, posted by S Parr. The starting price is again $240 and the estimate is up to $3,500.

This drawing has an Epperson CoA dated 7-7-14.

    And the probable last drawing in this collection of fakes being sold by GWS includes an image of an interesting note dated May 17th 2007, with a signature of 'Tim Whitehead' (a cousin of MJ's), which says: 

Drawings - artwork by Michael Jackson

The series of artwork, drawings created herein have been designed and hand drawn by Michael Jackson thru the 90's and collected and given to myself Tim Whitehead Mr Jackson's cousin.

I sign this certificate with full knowledge of there (sic) full authenticity.

Tim Whitehead

(I am certain that this note AND the associated drawings are all fake, and would be interested to know if Mr Whitehead might be able to be contacted for his comments?)

    A similar drawing of a boy wearing a colourful hat was last mentioned on p97 of this thread, in April 2017. This drawing was offered for sale by S Parr auctions and (as the signature shows) was signed by a different forger.
