Michael Jackson Photo from Pristine Auctions, Did JSA Make mistake?

Okay, I purchased this Signed Michael Jackson Photo and when I held it up to the light I noticed an indentation next to it of what appears to be another autograph attempt. I did enter the certification number and it does show up on the JSA database. The signature looks a little strange to me as I am used to the "N" being higher up. Any opinion would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, I think there's a pretty good chance that JSA got this right. In particular I like the shape of the i and the h and the slant of the M. The n is low but not too terribly off. I think it's likely authentic.

As for the indentation, keep in mind that this photo, unlike most photos, was signed in ballpoint pen. As we all know, on first attempt, sometimes a ballpoint doesn't take, especially to a photo, so MJ probably had to start again. If I were a forger, i probably wouldn't try to forge a signed photo with a ballpoint pen. I'd use a marker. Hope that helped.

Thanks, James for your insight. I really do hope they got it right but the indentation of the autograph attempt shows his complete name not just the first few letters of his name then a stop which seems strange to me. Maybe Michael was signing several of these and signed them over each other.
