Michael Jackson Signatures?

I recently acquired these two Michael Jackson signatures. I wanted to get some opinions on the two signatures. My other question/concern is that the signatures might be pre-printed. They're are in a sealed frame so I can't easily open the frame and see the items individually. What do you think?

The size of the magazine in the frame is about 9 1/2 x 11 1/2.

The size of the notepad in the frame is about 4 1/2 x 6.

They’re definitely not pre-prints.  They might have a chance.  See what others think.
