There is a style of MJ forgery making its way into the market place via craigslist and ebay that is originating from Detroit.

I have kept an eye in this guy for over a year and he always has pairs of shoes and other items ready to sell for cheap. I've attached pictures of his latest items.

Since the link will eventually die here is his bogus description from his craigslist listing. (Note upper deck do not give opinions on autographs and do not authenticate items they didn't see signed themselves)

"I also have a pair of Autographed size 12 shoes signed by Jordan himself these shoes was a mistake in the mail. I contacted upper Deck bout these shoes and the response was they look legit but $115 each shoe to get Authenticated I'm not doing all that if your interested let me know I have no use for both"

Well, the basketball is really bad. You can easily tell that it's slowly drawn. What a con job.

In my opinion why would anyone not do their due dilegence prior to making a purchase of Jordan items like these? All one would need to do is just do a quick check against his stuff from golf tourneys AND UDA and meet in the middle. Sorry to say this stuff is just really awful looking to me. Yuck. I find it hard to believe that UDA would even have the person send them in based on those images. Anyone else think that is a made up story? When did UDA get in the TPA business??
