Mickey Mantle Plaque

Found this item near where I live in Oklahoma. Not much of an investment here, so thought I would ask for opinions.

The plaque is numbered 2,550 of 5,000. I have seen others like it online, which claim to be authentic, but these days you never know.

There is an attached authenticity card on the back, which states it is a limited edition signature series with what appears to be initials CSC.
