Mickey Mantle Signed Card - Looked good but failed PSA

Posted this on net54 as well. Thought this looked textbook authentic before purchasing. Does have a worthless GAI cert on the back. Failed PSA with the dreaded "Questionable authenticity"

I can see 7 different spots that I would question.
