Movie Scripts....

Ok firstly in advance, I apologise if I am breaking etiquette by posting these. 
I wanted to share some Doors related movie scripts that I picked up along the way. You can see that Ray had two notions, LA Woman, And Riders, for such. The Lions Love is obviously the work of Agnes Varda, one of the attendees at Jim’s funeral, and allegedly biographical of Jim.

In any case, these three scripts are the only to have surfaced and I look back now with an element of regret that I paid the money I did for these!!

I guess I had my hardcore Doors hat on when I bought these individually. There is a pile of provenance docs to these that I have and all three have been hand edited. 

This post is to share with the likes of Jack, Ballroom, Richard, and Josh, less I forget Eric, who know their stuff.

Again, not purchased as investments but as a fan. I hope you all enjoy. Best

Cool. Now...if you had a script for The Beard that Morrison was working on...with his handwritten notes....

That indeed would be something. There must be something out there related to that work (The Beard). 

The Lions Love above is the only one known to exist. As is the Riders. LA woman I’m not sure about but it’s is the only one that I have come across. Both Riders and LA Woman have handwritten notes though not sure if they are in Rays hand. I will check and let you know. Please let me know if you have ever come across anything relating to The Beard

I must admit that I have had elements of buyers regret regarding the scripts and what I paid for them but as far as I can tell, they are unique in their rarity although there audience appeal is likely very limited to just hardcore collectors. Sometime my Doors collector hat gets the better of me!
