Field of Dreams I believe is out of Las Vegas. I believe most of their stuff has been authentic. They used to do private signings with many big sports stars. I have a very authentic Wilt Chamberlain signed basketball that was done by them.

Do a search in the top right corner and if it's the same company you will see a lot of forgeries seem to have come from Vegas with the same companies COA unless there are 2 companies with similar names?

Dan, I think they may have been one of those places that had a lot of good stuff but would also mix in some bad. I do know for a fact that they did numerous signings with big stars - Wilt Chamberlain being one of those. I believe someone bought them out, possibly Mounted Memories, but I believe it was a reputable outfit. Of course, this is all coming off the top of my head.

Field of dreams is junk, if they have sold an authentic autograph I haven't seen it yet.

Depends on what Field of Dreams you're talking about, as I assume multiple stores have the name.  I've come across some mall stores called Field of Dreams that are connected to (or owned by?) Mounted Memories, as many of the sports items in the store have MM stickers.  In general, their sports stuff seems to look good, but their celebrity signed items - modern and vintage - are terrible.

Like most full time sellers in the autograph hobby, Field Of Dreams once had a decent reputation.

But as soon as autographs became mainstream, celebrities raised their prices significantly and Operation Bullpen became a distant memory: even some of the most honorable autograph sellers WENT TOTALLY BAD! Field of Dreams is one of them. They may have a real item still here and there, but most of what I've seen looks bad or very questionable.

 They could no longer make money honestly, it's too easy to find someone who can forge autographs, and almost no one seems to have unshakable integrity these days. Plus far too many people put all their eggs in one basket career wise and once the autograph selling business no longer put food on the table honestly, and these people were too dumb to do anything else- they felt their only choice was to become crooked. Of course that's a despicable way to think, but that's the way things are these days.
