Update on Lana Del Rey - it would seem the UK signed lithographs are fake. A Lana fan on RACC posted these. Looks like she used several ghost signers.

Paid through the nose for one of those and my word, what a rip. Thankfully I canceled my order early last month and got my money back. Shady s***, Lana.

Probably nothing anyone can do about it. I emailed yesterday and they responded today with this...

"Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us! All autographed items are hand-signed by the artist."

So they're saying they're all signed directly by Lana. I specifically asked about autopen or assistants signing.

Probably you didn't know how Lana signs.... And non one is identicall ... why someone speaks about auto pen ?

I got this from Universal Australia, and it's fake. Clearly a ghost signer trying to copy. 

The people commenting on the lithographs in RACC are pretty knowledgeable. If you'd like to join in the discussion, I can send you a link. I don't think many people think this is Lana's fault but rather her management's.

That's true this one don't look real, but the Lytho photographed look better than this CD... This is how my CD look...

Based on the mess I'm seeing in the UK and Australia, I think I'm going to cancel both orders. At best, even the authentic items will have extra question marks and a stigma attached to them. I hope Lana takes action by firing the people responsible for this.

It seems kind of odd that yesterday I got a shipping confirmation and today a delay announcement. It seems that they might realize a problem has been exposed.

I went ahead and cancelled my pending Lana CD and lithograph orders. I want no part in this mess, regardless of what eventually ships.

And someone on her management team needs to be shown the door. Lana has a great reputation in being generous and signing for fans, so I strongly suspect she doesn't even know. Or didn't before.

I've advised people who ordered and received fake signatures to voice their displeasure on Twitter, tagging Lana and calling out both the label and her talent agency. This is not to attack anyone so much as to show her the fallout that comes with handing your operation over to bad management and bad people. Negative PR absolutely should be a consequence.
