This looks like a modern reprint of a real autograph. But even so, the autograph was likely overprinted originally.

As seen here with the modern digital numbering on the back, it cannot be from the era when she was alive. 

Some of the big Marilyn photographers do well with their limited edition reprints of portraits they took. But a reprint of an autograph like this is worth up to $20 usually.
