Not the usual upward slope of the Leone autographs I've seen but there are precious few around. I have two of his. I included one in this thread:

Thanks for your input! Indeed, there are very few and so few people who can help re: authenticity. Lets hope I cam find one someday!

Being a pug of my word here is my other Sergio. Probably signed at a Cuban film festival given the sticker on the back. I've also attached a jpg for enlargement.

You can see that the autograph you asked about does share some of the characteristics of mine so it may well be OK.
