Bjarne, I am curious as to why you don't like it. I see you posting all over this site that you don't like items yet you never explain in detail what about the signature looks wrong.

The passes have absolutely no bearing on the authenticity. Either Angus signed the item and made the drawing or he didn't. Simple as that.

I am not that familiar with the drawing Angus made. I have seen it a few times so I need to go look at a few authentic ones and then come back with an opinion on this one. I'll be back...

What I don't like with the drum head is the G in the end of Young and how AC/DC is written. Most of the times the AC/DC is much sloppier.

And what I mean with my comment about the passes is that a lot of time people try to show proof of meeting the artist by showing a pass or attach a pass to the autograph. The only time it will be any kind of proofs is IF the pass has a date or venue printed/written on it.

Bjarne, Here is a few examples of the Angus Young signatures authenticated by PSA/DNA, the "g" looks like the "g" on my drumhead, don`t you think? Jake.

The first picture doesn't have the same kind of G as your drum head. And in the tree pictures where Angus have added AC/DC, AC/DC is much sloppier than on your drum head. It's just those small things that make me concerned.

What do you think about this one?

Fake....It looks slow written. Why? Your` going to tell me its real?

Yes, it is real. I got it in person 1988. It shows how different Angus signature can be but still have some of the caracters of his signature. Most of the times he starts Young within the A in Angus. And he hardly ever put a dot after his name.

Well there you go Bjarne, if Angus drew the sketch and not in a rush the AC/DC will be cleaner  than sloppy.....could be correct right???  Hopefully others will chim in and give their opinions.  Not saying your wrong Bjarne but you are a collector as i am, not autograph experts and i think we are both guessing.

Bjarne is a trustworthy guy and if he said he got it IP then he did. The albums at the beginning of the thread though are definetly not good. The drumhead with the angus sketch is up in the air to me. I would get Roger to look at it. The thing that conerns me their is that its a clear surface. So it would be supereasy to sketch that drawing and autograph using a real drawing and signature template. But i would get it checked out unless you are very confident in it. Backstage passes are always nice to look at, but i disregard them when looking at an item. You can buy them all the time used online for whatever show you want. Forgers use them all the time to boost a sale, so i dont pay attention to them at all typically.

This is what i received with the Angus Young signed drumhead.

Jake, I'm sorry but I don't believe ANY of the AC/DC albums are authentic. Bad forgeries too. I also don't believe the Zeppelin or Pink Floyd albums are authentic. They all look signed by the same person & aren't close to real signatures. The Lynyrd Skynyrd album might be real...it is the only one that I am not sure about. The others are not authentic. I would ask Roger Eperson about the Skynyrd album.

Probably fake also, not going to spend $15.00 for him to tell me so. End of discussion!!
