All bad news for you, Brandon.

You bought all these from Coach's Corner, right? TTA used to be STAT Authentic. Rarely have we seen an autograph authenticated by them we thought was genuine. I sent your Elvis piece to one of our experts and he agreed with me: he didn't think it was real.

I don't think your Einstein or Jackie Robinson are real either--not a question in my mind.

I've asked a NASCAR expert to comment on your Earnhardt.

Coach's Corner has the worst reputation of any authenticator in autographs, but people just don't get it and spend a ton of money with them every month.

They reportedly had a Beatles and a Lennon piece with fake Frank Caiazzo authentication. Caiazzo contacted them on the Lennon piece, but they didn't remove it. The Beatles piece had sold by the time he found out about it.

A fake Caiazzo cert?  That has to be flattering to Frank, right?

Sorry, but the Dale Earnhardt is not authentic in my opinion. It happens to be one of the better forgeries that I used to see quite a lot of. When they first started appearing, the signatures were a lot tighter and actually closely followed Dale's signature. But were still visibly wrong. Later versions like this one started showing up and it started having extra letters here and missing letters there.  The Signer just got sloppy and wasa un-aware of the mistakes that were made.

These have been offered with several different COAs as well. So, it would appear that the same person was supplying the autographs to a number of different retailers. These didn't really start hitting the market until Dale's death when forgers truly started focusing on NASCAR items since signed Dale Sr. photos were selling for $500+ on a consistant basis.

If you need further info about Dale's signature, just send me a message.

Thanks, Brandon!
My pleasure!

I have attempted to contact Coaches Corner time and time again regarding fakes. Why I do it, I have no idea since they do not reply nor seem to care what they sell. I also can't believe they are still in business.

Brandon, If you did purchase from Coache's Corner, I would check-out their return policy. If you need any documentation from me about my opinion, just let me know. I would love to see you get a refund.

Also, don't let this bad experience turn you against buying autographs. You have joined the right place to get help and information.

Brandon...

I am sorry to say that I agree with Steve and his experts on the Elvis Signature.

In my opinion It does not represent itself as an authentic Elvis Presley Signature,

and it does not match genuine published exemplars of an authentic Elvis Presley Signature.
