I have the opportunity to purchase the following two pages of autographs. What concerns me the most is the Robinson as well as who signed the actual "Autographs" page. I know Lester Patrick signed it and that's a huge name in hockey.

I think they're all legit in my opinion.

That's the stuff I like to buy and then do the reseach on. But, I wouldn't dare cut the autographs out of that page. The historical value is that the atheletes were all together at an event and the item documents the occasion. If you do decide to seperate the pages, let me know if the NHL page is for sale or trade.

In particular for this item, I wouldn't cut a signature.  The background of the Jackie Robinson signature isn't on a clear background; so if you'd cut it out, it would look like it was cut out of a magazine.  I personally stay away from cuts with any stray backgrounds.  It takes away from the aesthetics in my opinion.

It wouldn't be worth cutting this one ; it would be sensible to trade it for a piece you truly desire or put it up at auction/consign it.  Other than that, it would just be destroying history.  Your choice though.

It would look pretty bad matted around the Jackie :(

Mike,

I only had time to check with a couple people and they didn't have anything to trade. I think something will come together soon, though, and everyone will win. You'll get an index card or cut that'll frame better and, as Peter said, an important moment in sports history will be preserved.

Yeah I won't cut the pieces. I might just separate them and trade them off individually. The table piece as one as well as the hockey page as one.

Can anyone help me identify the signatures on this page?

So far I have Lester Patrick, Clarence Campbell (thanks to Peter), Whipper Watson, Leo Dandurand, Chris Martin and Butch Keeling.

Also on this page, is the top right one Willie Shoemaker the jockey?
