Neil Armstrong opinions, please

Could I please get opinions on this Neil Armstrong? It is being auctioned from an auction house in Wisconsin that I have not heard of. It does say it had authentication (lol) which I am including a picture of.  Thanks.

I would say autopen. If you want a NA RR is your best bet.

No worries. The main problem with small auction houses is they don't have specialist autograph authenticators, so they end up selling secretarials and autopens.

Oh wow. Thanks, Steve! That is such a help and will cut in half my questions here. When you guys have talked about dots I thought you meant like matrix dots. Now it makes sense - when the pen sets down and when it stops. Have a great night!
