It looks slowly signed, but I'm sure Steve Zarelli will check it out for you. Also looks like the photo is printed on a magazine page, not a regular photograph.

Hey Steve, I did contact Mr. Zarelli directly for a professional opinion upon further reflection and he felt the signature was autopen so obviously it's an auction I will avoid.

Here's my original NASA photo signed by Neil to compare to, that Steve Zarelli authenticated for me. I may have it for sale if interested?

Its got dots like an autopen and not even a good one in my opinion. I wouldn't touch it.
