Neil Armstrong Signed Magazine - Opinion On Value Please

Hello!   I have a magazine that was signed in person for me by Neil Armstrong sometime in the late '70s that I'm interested in selling; however, the magazine is not in great condition and the signature - in ball point pen - is not very bold.  Can anyone offer an estimate of what the value of this might be?   Thanks in advance for looking and any opinions you're able to offer.
