Next offering I have come across is this copy of Pink Floyd's boxed set "Shine On" again on eBay. It looks in very good condition but 1. its on eBay (Shutter) and 2. It comes with a story not a COA. I may not be the smartest person in the world however I am the owner of counterfeit autographed copy of a dark side of the moon. This also came with a story, not a COA. Humm seems kind of familiar to me. Its sad in this day and age a persons word means nothing. I remember a time when it did (Yea I am old) but the reality is a persons word means nothing anymore especially when the story gos like "I got it from a guy that swears he got them in person" so I know its real. Yea, I think I heard this story before. So the story and $4.00 will get you an espresso at StarBucks. When a person is asking $3,000.00 there is no reason Not to have a it authenticated by someone like Mr. Epperson its not that much money compared to the peace of mind it will give a buyer. Now that I have gone on and on what do you think? Scott

That Roger Waters photo is the same he sent out to fans TTM.. It must have been glued to the book or smth? It`s definitely real though.

A big thanks to all that helped with this item. Scott

$3000 is WAY too expensive considering these are separately signed and the book page is inscribed to someone. I'd only pay around 700.

Well my real question is.. Are the signatures authentic?? Or are they forgeries? After spending a bit of time looking at them (I am no expert) and to my eye they look like the real thing. The owner did state the waters signed picture was pasted into the book. Scott

You need to pop back over to worst Floyd forgeries ever.N.Stieger is pointing out the problems with Mason.

I do agree with Mr. Stieger to a point. The other issue I have to take into account is the context the signature is found in. In this case his signature is on the same page with Mr. Gilmour and the late Mr. Wright if it were found alone on something I may worry but grouped with all the others I would not worry about it. Scott

They all look good to me.i say all very real. The only one in question even a little bit is mason.but again they look all real.expecially gilmour and waters.

That was kind of my thinking, of all the band members of pink Floyd. Mr. Mason would be the last autograph I would fake!! His name shows up on just about anything you can dream of. Why in the world would someone want to forge Mr. Mason when you already have autographs of the other three band members???? It just don't add up for me I think Mr. Waters, Mr. Gilmour and, the late Mr. Wright Looks spot on to me but Mr. Mason's is forged? I just don't believe that. Scott

Scott.the mason looks good also.I have a dozen masons in my collection and they are all real.alot of them look just like this one.it's all real.

Thank you for your input. Scott

I would love to get Mr. Mason's autograph with his famous balloon characters "Pink Floyd." That's one he will give only when he has time to do it. Not on the fly for a quick signing. Scott

Me too.i own 5 nick mason sigs and no bubble letters.
