I was shocked that the beautiful Duke of Wellington in which he references Queen Victoria that is currently listed on RR Auction has not received a single bid with a minimum bid f $200.

Of course, I fully realize someone could wait until the last thirty seconds and bid. 

Still, I would a letter from such a monumental historical figure would have gotten a least a single bid. Then again, there are many of his letters available.
