OSCAR, Did you ever get a reply from customer service??

They emailed me back a week after the first email I sent them, basically stating to confirm it was missing the autograph. After confirming it was nowhere to be found, they said they’ll send me the right product. But it’s been over 2 weeks now and I haven’t seen a confirmation number from them that they in-fact did resend me the signed card. 

Oscar, I would wait till the end of the week and then contact them again. Good luck!
