opinion pl on this signed band aid single pl

Perhaps someone would be kind enough to give their opinion on these 13 sigs on this band aid single. Unfortunately the picture is rather grainy . Thanks in advance

I know , I know!!! That really made me laugh. The sigs are actually on a large single but this is about the clearest picture that there is of all 13 sigs. All the sigs are in biro so they are all faint. Bono is supposed to be one of the sigs where he has signed the date. I will see if I can upload anything else but all the photos are not very clear.
