sorry for posting again, but auction is ending very soon and I'd like to hear some opinions before bidding.  JK Rowling signed on bookplate.  Besides opinion on authenticity, I'm curious if signed bookplates are considered less valuable than autographs signed on a page?  I need to know how much I'm willing to spend.

seller says the items looks to be real ink, so could it still be pre-printed?  does pre-printed have the qualities of a photocopy, or would it look like a real signature?

An autopen would look like a real signature. I still think that these are most likely autopens.

Doing a lot of research online, I can't find any info on Rowling autopen signatures, so at this point I have no idea what to believe.  I ended up purchasing the book, because it was a fair price and the seller has been very communicative and stated I can return it - so I'll send it off for authentication once received.  Is PSA/DNA the best bet, or is there another company that specializes in authentication author signatures?

I wouldn't advise you to send it to any authenticator as I feel it would be a waste of money. Here's a third example of the same signature:
